Come to PI to stay at our renovated beach house! Enjoy daily sunsets, a short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants, convenience, and wild life! The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

This 2br home is nestled at the end of a peninsula’s over the water, 5min drive to downtown Portsmouth. Spend the day on the on deck, grilling or enjoy your own authentic Maine lobster bake, swimming and treasure hunting the shore. Also explore Kittery or downtown Portsmouth, both just five minutes away. Enjoy this freshly renovated home, water views from every room and window, all bedrooms are equipped with a/c, free WiFi and smart TVs. Fully equipped kitchen has an amazing view of the water.

Enjoy the rowboat & kayaks or bring your own boat. We are on Antique Ally and State Parks are nearby (2 miles away). Enjoy a day at Chucksters, Concord, Portsmouth or the lakes region. Be our guests & experience the life & beauty of Midcoast Maine. Relax & enjoy the views, warm up in the sauna or go for a refreshing dip. The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Our cottage is featured i n Terry John Woods "Summer House" as a quintessential cottage of Maine. Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor day. Cottage #2 is a classic one-bedroom with soothing beach colors and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and updated finishes. It is outfitted with vintage and modern decor mixed in. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Private fenced backyard with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk, to the beach. Yes we allow pets.

Located just 1.5 hours from Boston, Ogunquit is a quaint coastal town offering restaurants, shopping, wild-life & hiking at Mt Agamanticus and, best of all, the beach! Our little home is tucked away on a 1/2 acre of wooded land just down the way from a frog pond, but still within walking distance to town and the beach. Perfect for a family vacation, romantic weekend getaway, reunion amongst friends or even solo trip!

Our cottage was tastefully decorated by a professional interior designer and comes with smart TV's in every room.
