The apartment (Penthouse) has a vertical garden terrace, a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 meter double bed, wardrobes and a safe. A living room with sofa, 4K TV, cable channels and Netflix, Rotel bluetooth sound system and mini bar with free drinks available for guests. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

This charming suite is on the 2nd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.

The location is just a short walk to all the major sights but tucked away and quiet at night. I will be available during the stay for advice and any problems related to the apartment The loft is on a small street parallel to Rua das Flores, the most central and romantic street of Porto. The best restaurants are nearby, as are street artists. São Bento Station is close by, in the central area declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Modern Home in the Historic Center

The building is a beautiful and recently renovated with AC, characterized by original architectural and decoration details, both inside the apartments, as well as the common areas, and much appreciated in this type of accommodation. In the building there is a common area, access to all guests, and located in the basement of it. It is a laundry, consisting of a washing machine and dryer. There’s a nearby public car park where you can park for 48 hours for €35 or for 72 hours for €50
