Luminoso appartamento al primo primo piano della villa familiare situata nella pineta davanti a una piccola baia alla quale si accede direttamente dal giardino. Una location unica in un angolo di paradiso ,siamo nello splendido golfo di Orosei Avviso da Aprile 2023 il comune di Orosei ha istituito la tassa di soggiorno di €1 al giorno a persona con età superiore ai 12 anni. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.
