It is located within the Great Orme Country Park with breath-taking views out over the Conwy estuary and the Snowdonia mountain ranges. Walk out of the garden gate to explore miles of trails with stunning scenery, or take a 15 min stroll down into the beautiful Victorian town of Llandudno.

Hen Gegin is a recently renovated 18th century “out kitchen” to our main farmhouse. The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. The area is quiet and very beautiful with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Borth-y-Gest and Morfa Bychan. Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

Beudy Bach is a cosy and very comfortable eco retreat created from a traditional stone built Welsh barn. It's large velux windows offer ideal noctourism opportunities from the bed! This peaceful haven is within easy walking distance of Llanbedr, a lovely village with several country pubs and a bustling village shop. It is ideally located within the Snowdonia National Park with access to beautiful coastlines and majestic mountains. The barn is well equipped and situated on a quiet country lane.

Tegfryn is located in the outstanding and unspoilt village of Borth y Gest. The semi-detached house benefits from superb sea and mountain views and has been awarded a 5 star rating by Visit Wales. Tegfryn sleeps 8 people (plus one cot). There is spacious living accommodation downstairs with a kitchen/ diner, a front lounge, a rear sitting room and a WC. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs; two king (one with en-suite), one twin and one bunk. There is also a family bathroom located upstairs.
