Trail Haven Lake House

The Trail Haven Lake House is a two bedroom vacation rental completed in the summer or 2023. It is located in the heart of Northern Maine on Eagle Lake. If you enjoy outdoor sports or just want to get away, reflect and check out the beautiful scenery and wildlife, do remote work, this location has it all. There are several walking/ATV trails that can be accessed from Sly Brook Road. From approximately mid January through early April, snowmobilers have additional trail access across Eagle Lake.

This location has some of the best fishing spots on the river as well as Salmon Brook and Gardner Creek. Snowmobile trails and access are a few miles away. Snowmobilers & Hunters stay right off of ITS 85 on the border of WMD Zones 2 & 3 and just minutes from 5 & 6 in Portage Lake located right up the road from landmarks Coffin’s and Dean’s restaurant this is a great starting point for your trips & hunts in “The County” 2 bed, full bath, full kitchen this is a great spot for small groups. There is a large sectional couch which can easily sleep another person. Starlink internet access and an Amazon fire TV there for when you're not outside.

The Loft

This space is warm and cozy during our cold northern Maine winters and air conditioned for those few 90 degree days in July and August. We cater to hunters, fishermen, snowmobilers, and leaf peepers. The mbr has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin. Guests will have a beautiful view of Portage Lake and surrounding areas. For moose hunters, we are located in zone 2 with a short drive to zones 3,5 and 6. Snowmobilers love the easy access to ITS85 and ITS90.
