The Riverhouse

Newly remodeled and newly listed! Peaceful retreat located on Rosebay. Direct waterfront with a dock. Bring your boat and tie up alongside the dock. Enjoy fishing from the dock or relaxing on the deck. There are dolphins seen frequently swimming by along with a large variety of bird life and fish. The house is 3 bed with 2.5 baths. All bedrooms have a bathroom. There are two king beds. The third room has two twin beds with a trundle pull out. Centrally located near Daytona beach and Ponce Inlet.

One step to get in and then all on one level other than the upper deck. (Ladder) Max occupancy at any time is 4. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops and so much more. Note that this is a very small space if you are used to a full size home.

Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. (Not suitable for 4-legged travelers due to free ranging ducks, peacocks and close proximity to horses and miniature donkeys) (If your dates are unavailable, search Mira Bella South)

Great for large family vacations! Wake up each morning to the sunrise over the Halifax River! After that have breakfast watching the dolphins and manatees at one of the many outdoor areas. This home also offers a quick 5-minute car or easy bike ride to the beach. Once you are done with the beach return home to a relaxing pool party and BBQ. Only 15 minutes from NSB and close to all the sites in the Daytona area, this special place will go quickly. Make sure you and your friends act fast!

There is also a game room to make lots of lasting memories with your family. We are only 40 minutes to Daytona & New Smyrna Beach. 45 minutes to theme parks.

Unique Concrete House Boat! No cleaning fees!

This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

Fly in with your personal airplane to our private airport or cruise the Saint John’s river and tie up to our dock or hop in your car in and enjoy 130 acres of pristine Florida living ! We have a $20 maintenance fee for use of a golf cart to enjoy trails, head to the water to fish or visit our Scottish Highland cows and their babies! Go kayaking, fishing or canoeing on the St. John’s River or just enjoy the Florida sunshine!
