Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

It is also great for many coastal and inland walks and surfing. The cottage is entirely self-contained (though attached at one end to the old farmhouse) and has its own spacious outdoor area with tables/seating/BBQ and parking.

New barn conversion, in a quiet location only 10 minutes away from the Gower coast and a choice of at least 5 beaches. Dog friendly max 2. Character barn with slate floors and oak beams. 3 bedrooms 2 en-suite shower and a family bathroom.
