This loft is on the second floor, is about 1,200 sf, 2 bed, 1 bath with living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. The Crossfit gym on the first floor of this building have early morning classes (as early as 4:45am) that are loud. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not the best option for you.
