This home has been rebuilt and updated since hurricane Harvey so everything is fresh and new with lots of unique touches! This home is about 5 minutes away from the ferry to Port Aransas and the beach. Rockport Beach is a quick 15 minute drive and Corpus Christi is under 30 minutes away! Perfect area for fishing and boating! No pets.

2 /1 Sandbar Bungalow-Near the Beach/Dog Friendly

The Sandbar Bungalow is a colorful and welcoming 2-bedroom, 1-bath detached bungalow in the heart of Port Aransas. While it's tucked away in a quiet enclave, it is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and other attractions and is only a few blocks from the beach. We welcome up to two dogs with a combined weight of less than 100 pounds. There is a $50 per dog fee to help with cleaning. We ask that you kennel your dog when left alone and pick up after them when they do their duty.

However, we kept the charm of the original cottages, leaving the teak wood floors, stained glass and original doors.

Whooping cranes ( Oct.-April) and 400 species of birds migrate and live in the area . Deer roam freely . Fishing and boat ramps along the water. State park is a peaceful walk. Rockport a short 9 miles ,lovely drive. No hammock at this time.
