We welcome you in our cottage house with sea view in Taktikoupoli, boasting a strategic location between Methana and Poros island, just 1 km away from the nearest coast (by car). A peaceful retreat away from town noises but so close to excellent choices such as Methana Volcano, Thermal Volcanic Spa, Ancient Theater of Epidayros, DevilBridge, Vathi fish taverns, Psifta Lake. It has a fully equipped kitchen, smart tv and is only a 40 meters away from the biggest beach of Poros. Supermarket, bakery, bike rental and great restaurants are nearby. Aida studios is located in Askeli area on Poros island. It is higher up which gives it a great view of Askeli beach but it also means the road to get there is uphill and quite steep.

Traditional Poros residence "Nina's House"

Cute little house in the traditional town of Poros island, located near to the port and close to all the required services (market, food, entertainment). Nina's house was our grandmother's home.It was built in the 19th century. The renovation was done with full respect to all the old elements of the house and tried to preserve the special atmosphere of such a place, simple, but with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

Ένας χώρος που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα. Το σπίτι έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ, κήπο, βεράντα, θέα στη θάλασσα, ένα μπάνιο, κουζίνα, καθιστικό και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Στον χώρο του καθιστικού υπάρχουν δύο καναπέδες. Ο ένας καναπές γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι, ενώ ο δεύτερος ανοίγει και μεταμορφώνεται σε ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι που φιλοξενεί άνετα δυο ενήλικες.

Το Καπετανέικο του Ρίζου

Το διατηρητέο, λιθόκτιστο, πλατυμέτωπο (καπετανέικο) “κόκκινο σπίτι” του καπετάν-Ρίζου, καραβοκύρη της εποχής, δεσπόζει στο κανάλι του Πόρου από το 1851 και έχει φτάσει πλέον στην 6η γενιά της οικογένειας. Ένα σπίτι γεμάτο ιστορία και αναμνήσεις που έχουν μείνει ζωντανές από γενιά σε γενιά. Στο σπίτι αυτό πέρασε καλοκαίρια της ζωής του και ο ποιητής Κωστής Παλαμάς.

The apartment is situated at Neorio Beach and the distance from the port of Poros is 2,5km and 10m from the beach. There is a beautiful view over the sea and the apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning units.
