City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Cozy Studio for 2

The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Villa GreenBlue je moderna i luksuzno namještena kuća za odmor sa bazenom smještena na mirnoj lokaciji svega 2 km od centra Poreča te isto toliko od mora. Kuća se nalazi na osami, okružena je livadom i šumom iz koje će na livadu nerijetko "navratiti" njeni znatiželjni stanovnici, srne i divlji zečevi. It is located at 200 m from sea and walking distance (2km) from Porec centre. It has all the necessary amenities you need. It has one bedroom with one double bad and single bed. It has two balconies, kitchen, sofa. It is not a quiet location during summer because of vicinity of road with traffic.
