Located in an excellent position near to Ashley Cross which is a great place to eat and socialise in Poole. It’s a 10 minute drive to the beach & also really close to very regular bus routes to Poole & Bournemouth so you could leave the car and not have to park at the air show or other local attractions. The house is recently decorated and comfortable and should suit your holiday or business stay. There is even a picnic hamper for you to use if you wish. In winter there is a wood burning stove.

Unique luxury cottage for two, an ancient dovecote with a fabulous swimming pool. Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Welcome to my waterside apartment. Brand new first floor apartment located on the edge of Poole quay. The apartment is bright and airy and comes with a designated parking space for your use. You will have access to all the amenities within my apartment from the tv, sound systems and WiFi to the whole kitchen, dishwasher and washer dryer. The apartment is set up to cater for anyone ranging from couples wanting a break away, small groups visiting Dorset to business people who want to feel at home

Light,self contained private room /shower in my garden. Own south facing patio and table. Comfy king bed. Very Quiet location. Easy walking distance to Poole Town Quay about 25 minutes by foot. Lively Ashley Cross with bars/pubs only 20 mins walk. B'mth beaches/ Sandbanks are just a short distance by car/bus. Parking on road after 6pm Monday - Friday. All other times -2 hour parking from 8am to 6pm. Weekends - no restrictions. I supply a basic continental breakfast, I can cater for coeliacs.

Annexe apartment within easy reach of Poole

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.
