Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

This studio is ideal for couples or friends who want a beautifully appointed, relaxing place as a base while exploring Grey Lynn, Ponsonby and Auckland's central city. It is a lovely heritage neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and is close to Auckland Zoo, MOTAT, Central down town & Eden Park .

The space is a converted garage attached to the house with a private entrance, with a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car outside the room. The room has a comfortable double bed, and a small fridge with tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work has started on the section next door to us which may result in some building/construction noise during the week.Please take this into account when booking

Literally only moments from the culinary and shopping delights of Ponsonby Rd and yet a world away…. Nestled in amongst our garden and overlooking a peaceful nature reserve it’s the perfect place for your time in Auckland. Completely private with your own access, expect a super comfortable queen sized bed, a large bath as well as an outdoor area from which you can enjoy the birdsong and sunset views. Off-street parking is available. Please note we have friendly cats.

Wallace Apartment - Herne Bay/Ponsonby

Your home away from home - completely self-contained with own entrance. Close to cafes and restaurants on Jervois & Ponsonby Roads. Supermarket at the top of the road. Easy access to public transport to CBD & Newmarket, Zoo. Westhaven Marina is a scenic stroll away - or minutes away by car. Lovely Home Bay Beach is at the bottom of our road. One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

Please be mindful of neighbours living in the complex and keep noise to a minimum.

Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
