Our rural setting is beautiful in every season, offering views of the mountain valley as well as direct access to fishing easements on the Arkansas River. Owner managed, with personal service! Warm, cozy, southwestern ranch home 100 feet from the South Arkansas river. We built it in 2014 on 20-acres with a private drive, 900' of riverfront with a trail, superb privacy with great views; its only 3.5-miles from downtown Salida and 18-miles from Monarch. We have a big garden, and chickens and ducks (fresh eggs in season!), and we're frequented by visits from deer, great-horned owls, red-tailed hawks, and sometimes wild turkeys and elk!

We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.
