Private outside area, with a BBQ ( charcoal NOT supplied), and storage shed .

Little Haven is a comfy cabin, with off-road parking. The property sits at the gateway to the picturesque Sandy beach of Rock, which is a 15/20 min walk. Rock ferry runs regularly to the famous fishing town of Padstow which offers excellent places to eat. Also nearby is the surfing beach of Polzeath. A short drive away is Port Isaac, home to the Fisherman's Friends and Doc Martin. Pityme Pub a 2 min walk, offers food including breakfast The property has a mini fridge, sink, kettle and toaster.

The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! If you want to relax and enjoy great walks along the coastal path to Port Isaac,(about 2 hours) or Padstow (about 1 1/2 hours) then this is the flat for you. If you enjoy surfing Polzeath is one of Cornwall's premier surf beaches. It is great for body boarding too. The lifeguards are on duty all through the summer and at weekends too. You have a good range of places to eat out too. There are takeaway traditional pasties to gourmet dinners all within walking distance of the flat.
