Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

My place is close to city center (2 min), parks, beaches (2 min by car or 10 min walking). Apartment has big balcony with sea view. It has fully equipped kitchen. Bus and train station - 5 min away by car, and one hour away from airports (transport from and to airport - extra charge). Parking in front of the building. In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Set in Virpazar, 1.2 km from Lake Skadar, Villa SEMEDER provides a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a garden with a barbecue. This villa features a terrace. This air-conditioned villa is fitted with a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, as well as kettle.
