LITTLE HOUSE AT PLITVICE LAKES

Little house is situated in a peaceful small village of Rastovaca, just 500 m (5-10 minutes easy walk trough the little forest) from Entrance No. 1 of the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Bus station is also at Entrance No.1 of the Plitvice Lakes NP, as well as the small souvenir / grocery store, cafe shop, buffet and couple of restaurants on 5-10 minutes walking distance. If coming without a car, we suggest to do bigger shopping before coming to the Little house. Little house is split into 2 levels and it is completely furnished. It consists of kitchen (oven, stoves, coffee machine, water heater), dining room, living room (SAT-TV and AC), and bathroom on the first level. Please note that there are spiral wooden staircase leading on the upper floor (because of this it is not recommended for people with difficulty in walking) which consists of 1 double room (15 sqm) and a space with 1 single bed, AC. In the cold winter days there's also a central heating at your disposal, on request. Free WiFi is available in the Little House and in the common areas of the property. At the corner of the house there is a covered terrace with table and chairs. There is also a private parking in front of the house and house itself is surrounded by a garden with small children playground. We ask all of our potential guests to get acquainted with the Croatian legislation with regard to the documents necessary for registration in the house.

Uređen je u posebnom samostojećem objektu sa natkrivenom terasom, parkingom i dvorištem, okružen zelenilom šumom u mirnoj ulici bez buke i prometa što Vam jamči ugodan odmor, diskreciju i mir. U obližnjem trgovačkom centru možete nabaviti sve potrebno za pripremu hrane ili jednostavno posjetiti neki od restorana u okolici.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Kuću okružuje prekrasna priroda, dok apartman nudi prekrasan pogled na rijeku, slapove i planinu. Apartman sadrži potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, spavaću sobu te kupatilo. Apartman Maja smješten je u objektu u gradu Otočcu, u srcu Gacke doline. Nalazi se u podnožju brda Humac, na udaljenosti 300 m od rijeke Gacke, s pogledom na istu, istovremeno 10 minuta pješačkog hoda od centra grada Otočca. Na udaljenosti 50 km nalaze se Plitvička jezera, dok se grad Senj nalazi 40 km, a luka Rijeka 100 km zapadno od apartmana.
