This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in Podstrana that you can have all to yourself! The pool is just outside, the beach is 5 minutes by walk, and you can reach Split by just a 10-minute drive! The house is located at the quiet end of a street and it is suitable for 10 people. It consists of 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two spacious and air-conditioned living rooms. You can enjoy a game of billiards, grill in the garden, or swim in the pool. There are 3 parking spaces for your cars.

Također u njemu se nalaze dvije konobe sa lokalnim specijalitetima (potrebno se naručiti dan ranije). Ukoliko volite šetnju ili biciklizam u blizini se nalaze staze za aktivnosti.
