The property is situated on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, sauna with relaxarium, openair lounge and terrace. At your disposal you have a garden (300 m2) with an outdoor shower and a carparking. The town centre is only an 8 minutes walk away. There is a 5 KM recreative walking path through the forest close by. Those who stay on the terrace can enjoy a stunning view of Opatija, Rijeka and the beautiful Adriatic sea.

At Zarja Glamping, enjoy luxury wooden cabins equipped with air conditioning. You have access to a natural lake for swimming and an outdoor summer kitchen with a grill. We also offer a small wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna. We also have a small restaurant For breakfast (10 EUR) , we offer freshly baked homemade bread with scrambled eggs straight from our farm ect. Karst is near, you need just 45 min to Ljubljana, Portorož, Piran, Tolmin... Apartment has 2 floors, each has air condition and bathroom. In front of the house there is a big green garden.
