Ground floor studio apartment 25 m2, with kitchen and two single beds, Italian bathroom, terrace. Completely equipped and new (built in June 2013). Four stars by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. The apartment is NOT car reachable, because the house is at seaside and cars are not allowed here. The closest place to park is City garage which is 100 stairs above the house. Apartment at great location seaside by promenade, partial sea-view and a reasonable price. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars, shops all around. City marina and Old town 3-5 minutes walk. All kind services and activities can be provided, such as transfers, shore tours, excursions, hiking, biking, speed boat trips... I want this place to be as best as possible. Beautiful sea view apartment

My place is located in Saint Stasije, Kotor, 50 m from the sea and the closest beach. Restaurants can be found 50 m from the property and the nearest store in a 3-minute walk. Kotor the Old Town can be reached in 5 km. Tivat Airport can be reached in 12.5 km. Our apartments are situated in the best rated area in Kotor. Wonderful view on the Kotor Bay The owners are very friendly and helpful. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Chill Studio is located above Old Town Budva which is a 5 minutes drive and 10 minutes walk to Old town. The studio offers STUNNING views of the Montenegrian coast line and the Adriatic sea. The pool is few steps away from the terrace where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine and watch the sunset from the apartment. The studio is 36m2 and the terrace is 12m2. Very quiet place and pool to relax no parties allowed. Kids must be with adults. free wifi . Pool is open from may to October

Odvojeni stan uključuje i privatnu terasu s prekrasnim pogledom, za koju tvrdimo da nećete naći bolju u zalivu. Osim terase, stan sadrži dvije velike spavaće sobe, dnevni boravak i kupatilo. Ako želite osjetiti kako se nekada živjelo i kako su izgledale velike tradicionalne crnogorske kuće, onda ste na pravom mjestu! Dobrodošli!

It is an apartment within the private house which has a beautiful terrace with great sea view... It is 300 meters away from the sea coast, downhill. It is in the quite neighbourhood, close to the city center, restaurant and shops and local transport. Regarding the COVID-19 situation, just want to add that we do our best to take all necessary safety measures so that our guests can feel safe.

Apartment is located 220m (5 minutes walk) to the beach. It is placed on the hill side which brings you to the panoramic view of Boka Bay, from the balcony. Neighbourhood is quite with a lot of nature surrounding the area. Apartment is on the top of the house (second floor) that is separated from the rest of the house with own entrance and a lot of privacy.
