V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!

Kindly invited to our pleasant family house with four different size apartments. The apartment "Lavanda" is adjusted for a wheelchair. Each apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. There is a wide variety of herbs and spices available to guests in our garden. In front of the house there is a free parking lot. It is also possible to store bikes or motor bikes, and to use a washing machine and a tumble dryer (extra charge).

HOUSE B, zgrajena leta 2025, je bila zasnovana z namenom sprejemanja gostov v mirnem podeželskem okolju. Obiskovalcem ponuja uživanje na tradicionalni kamniti zunanji terasi pod pergolo, obenem pa izjemno udobje v dizajnerskem interieru z možnostjo sprostitve v savni.
