Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

This cozy cottage is located on a private 42 acre, spring fed, crystal clear private pond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing from the dock or just relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

Beautifully private yet located in an antique historical building just steps from Plymouth Rock, the Mayflower, downtown shops and restaurants. This beautiful 2.5 acre fully fenced in private property has gardens, an in-ground pool & pool house with an outdoor heated shower. Our home offers 2 kitchens, dining room seating 12, a great room, 3 bedrooms with private sitting areas & lower level with 2 bunk beds (bottoms are full beds) & exercise area. Outside are 2 grills & a fire pit. We are 3 miles from the beach, shopping/cafes, 45 minutes from Boston (on a train route) and 20 minutes to Cape Cod.
