Welcome to our 5 Bedroom new home located just a short 10 minute walk to downtown Plymouth. The house sleeps 12 people very comfortably. The 3rd floor attic is finished with beautiful power couch recliners for a great family gathering area. The outside area also nice outdoor seating with a 7 person hot tub. Enjoy a short walk downtown and enjoy all that Plymouth center has to offer. 50 plus restaurants and bars, Plymouth rock, shops, and enjoy the beautiful waterfront. Beaches are a short drive!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Walking distance to several downtown shops and restaurants, and only one mile from the beach, this loft boasts skylights, cedar hot tub and sauna, outdoor shower and full kitchen. If you are traveling through Sandwich, this loft is a must-see. We recommend this space for two people. While you can technically fit 4, it is quite crowded. If you plan to use the hot tub or sauna, please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.
