The apartment has a fantastic location situated a mere 400m below UCT, it is ideal for visitors to UCT and Cape Town looking for a central location. Baxter theatre and Rustenberg Junior very close proximity. Private entrance, off street parking, the apartment has a sunny bedroom with two three-quarter beds, modern bathroom and a living room/ kitchen area, that makes for an extremely comfortable short or long stay. Welcome to 17 on Severn-A comfortable and quiet space for you to relax in and have a very good nights sleep. We are close to Constantiaberg Medi Clinic and Melomed Clinic. As well as the US Embassy. Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Easy access to both the M5 and M3 for commuting to the CBD and out to the beautiful wineland. We hope you enjoy your stay in our quiet neighborhood.
