Studio apartment Raguz is located in a family house, in a lovely quiet area of Ploče. It takes 10 minutes of walking distance to the Old City and the nearest beach Banje is another 5 minutes away. It consists of a double bedroom, sitting area with kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary crockery, pots and pans and includes dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine. There is a small terrace with a wonderful view of the Old Town, Adriatic sea and island Lokrum. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, Wireless internet, hair dryer, iron, clean towels and bed linen.

Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.

With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.
