The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

The property is situated on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, sauna with relaxarium, openair lounge and terrace. At your disposal you have a garden (300 m2) with an outdoor shower and a carparking. The town centre is only an 8 minutes walk away. There is a 5 KM recreative walking path through the forest close by. Those who stay on the terrace can enjoy a stunning view of Opatija, Rijeka and the beautiful Adriatic sea.

PAŽNJA: Tijekom travnja 2026. povremeno se izvode radovi na obnovi krovne terase. Terasa i jacuzzi neće biti dostupni. Stoga se odobrava popust od 25 %. Za zajedničko korištenje sa do 4 druge osobe, na 2. katu: krovna terasa sa hidromasažnim bazenom i infinity bazenom 30 m2, dubina vode 30/110 cm, ležaljke, garnitura za sjedenje. Bazen u upotrebi: 15.05.-30.09. Grijana voda. Parking na parceli pored kuće, uvijek raspoloživ i bez naknade. Punjenje električnog automobila moguće (uz doplatu).
