Sus principales atracciones incluyendo la playa norte , restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de interes. La propiedad es de un nivel con entrada independiente por el malecón del mar caribe y una entrada por av. Juárez con pasillo compartido. Como referencia la casa se encuentra atras de la Quinta región naval.
