Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Completely renovated with modern kitchen fully equipped, TV, unlimited WI-FI , bed of 150x190, sofa-bed of 140x190. Wonderful sunny terrace and beautiful pools. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis. Splendido open space vista mare e piscina nel cuore di Las Americas comodo a tutti i servizi , cinquanta metri dalla spiaggia. Non è necessario affittare l'auto poiché si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde frigorifero tostapane bollitore asciugacapelli . A partire dal 7 luglio fino a fine settembre 2025 ci saranno dei lavori di sostituzione dell’ascensore. ( l’appartamento è al primo piano) . Mi scuso per il disagio.
