This wonderful two-bedroom second-floor apartment can host up to 4 persons and is located in a tranquil and safe area in Cocles. The beach can be reached in under 5 walking-minutes. The house is build for the needs of tropical climate. High ceilings, no Windows, beautiful wood. There is no need for A/C. We also would not like to have A/C for several reasons: it's terrible for our climate, the noise pollution, Mosquito nets instead of windows. If this resonates with you, then we match! 🫶

The apartment is located on Main Street in Playa Chiquita, the quietest and safest area of Puerto Viejo, a few meters from the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean. It is provided with: ✓ Queen bed ✓ Sofa-bed ✓ AC ✓ Kitchen ✓ TV + Netflix ✓ Wifi ✓ Private Patio ✓ Private Parking inside the property. A few meters away you will also find restaurants, supermarkets, and bike rentals. The area is well connected and a few minutes by car from downtown, Punta Uva, Playa Cocles, and Manzanillo.

It will be a joy to come home from a day at the beach to this quiet spacious apartment. You'll love waking up to the sound of howler monkeys and birds. Enjoy coffee on the front porch while you take in the beautiful gardens. You might spot a troup of howler or capuchin monkeys, or maybe even a sloth. Often you can hear the sound of the ocean. We have dozens of fruit trees and a flock of ducks that roam the property. If you'd like, we are happy to give you a tour of our little farm.
