Gava Mar is an exclusive area just outside of the city of Barcelona. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. Beautiful apartment located in a quiet residential area next to the beach. The apartament is full of light and is equiped with all the necessary household things, washing-machine, air conditioning and wifi. It's only a 7-minute walk from the train station and next to the bus stop, supermarket and some very handy little shops. It has a 10m2 terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen, 1 utility room and 1 parking space. It is located in a three-story building, on the second floor. There's no lift.
