It sleeps 4 with an additional mattress for a 5th guest. Access to the backdown ramp. Renters must be able to climb stairs.

With our boat dock located right across the street allows you to park your boat on the water as well as access to our fish cleaning station. Please know that our boat hoist at our dock are not included in the rental. All of our hoist are occupied but we do have plenty of space to park and tie your boat up to our docks overnight.
