This cozy, Patio level studio is on our homes property, it has a KITCHENETTE, WITH LIMITED COOKING. It is nestled in the Historic District of Lakeland and mere steps from Florida Southern a Frank Lloyd Wright designed campus, a tour is recommended! Our cobblestone streets take you to unique neighborhood restaurants. We are walking distance of beautiful downtown Lakeland. We are between two lakes- Lake Hollingsworth, a great 3+ mile walking/running path and Lake Morton which is a bird paradise.

The Studio, stylish and comfy, is located on our home property. With easy access to I-4, you are a short distance from Tampa, Orlando, and many of our beautiful beaches! You are also a 15 minute drive to Southeastern University, Florida Southern College, downtown, and many of our amazing and unique local businesses! With a central location like this, there’s nowhere you can’t go. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it’s the perfect weekend stay! Disclaimer: There are chickens & roosters around.

750 sq ft, 1 Bed/1 Bath guest house on a calm, private road in Plant City. Very quick and convenient access to I-4 if you need to head toward Tampa or Orlando. Rental is a rear guest house behind the primary residence. Host is on site if you have any needs during your stay. Home features a stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Livingroom and bedroom TV are streaming only. Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix provided. Bedroom features a King bed on an adjustable platform base.

The Woodsy Weekender

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the woods. Wake up in one of our cozy queen or full sized beds, and enjoy coffee and hot chocolate on the 2nd story deck. 10 minutes from downtown Lakeland, spend your day walking our beautiful lakes and eating at our foodie hotspots. Master Suite complete with king size bed, private entrance, refrigerator, microwave, full size bath with dual vanities and walk in closet. Out back is a huge porch w/couch & two rockers. The fridge comes stocked with soda and water. There's a 55" TV with cable and wifi. The room is secluded from main living area with private access. Guest will have full privacy during stay. Our home is located 5 minutes from I4, HCC Plant City & Downtown Plant City in a Gated community.

2BR/1 Downtown Cozy Hideaway close to colleges.

This cozy mother in law suite is a duplex that shares a wall with the main house but not an entrance. You will be blocks away from a neighborhood playground as well as beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. Being in the heart of Lakeland, you are never far from entertainment or nature. It's almost equally distant from Orlando and Tampa at about a 45-minute drive and the beach being about an hour and 20 minutes away. All that downtown has to offer is just 2 miles away.

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.

Studio apartment: Sleeps 3. Near major highways, beaches, Busch Gardens, & universities. Hospitals and Tampa airport within 30 minutes. This studio boasts a queen bed, a custom-made twin-size Murphy bed, a kitchenette, a table/workstation and a private outdoor patio. Designated parking and keypad entry.
