Tous les commerces (boulangeries, maraîchers, supermarché, boucher, restaurants, pharmacie, marché) sont à quelques mètres (village Didot). Bus 58 à 50 m, Tram T3 à 400 m, métros 4 et 13 à 10 min à pied. Montparnasse à 15 min à pied. Le studio est mitoyen de notre appartement, mais doté d'une entrée indépendante.

Appartement lumineux et agréable, vue direct sur la Tour Eiffel. Une chambre double, 57 m2, idéal pour un couple (pièce du fond non accessible car réservée à un usage privée). Situé au 3eme étage avec ascenseur. Quartier avec nombreux restaurants autour et métro à 5 minutes. Piano Yamaha de très bonne qualité. Je serai heureuse de proposer mon appartement à des personnes qui en serons respectueuses. Mon appartement n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un lieu habité et vivant.
