The Music Inn is a former recording studio and now features our new Pool, Putting Green, Bocce Court and Year Round Hot Tub. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. The Rock House is a 1940's giraffe rock duplex that we've renovated. Located in the historic downtown area, a country garden setting with an artistic vibe. Our home, garden, stage & studio are part of this large complex. our Air B&B is a private large suite with its own parking and separate entrance. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Table Rock Lake, The James River, Silver Dollar City, Branson, hiking trails, boating, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and theaters are all within 10 miles.

A welcoming lakefront suite in Bella Vista located on beautiful Lake Windsor. Your suite offers a serene view, a private entrance in a quiet neighborhood. In the early hours you can spot wildlife including deer, mink, ducks, fox, and geese. A large deck overlooks the lake for your morning coffee or your evening snack. All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Cobbler is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat after hitting the trails or exploring NWArkansas. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes.

The Dorm Room

NEWLY RENOVATED!! Inspired by our favorite wizarding school across the pond, the Dorm is full of treasures in honor of Harry Potter and friends! This upstairs apartment is full of charm with magical surprises to explore during your stay. Tucked away from the prying eyes of Muggles, this wizarding paradise is an inviting and magical place filled with relics, games, books, movies, and unexpected surprises! We love this tiny magical oasis, and hope you will too!

The Guest Suite at Highpoint Farm

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance.
