Amazing two-story house nestled high up in the trees. A true treehouse! This treehouse sits amongst a forest of poplar trees and feels very secluded and private. It has spectacular views of Kentucky’s rolling hills as it looks out across the valley. This treehouse was hand built and handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

An Ozark Oasis in the middle of a working cattle ranch, this custom designed home offers deluxe comfort. With multiple decks, porches and views out every window, this home is the perfect getaway for romantic retreats, family and friends to relax and make memories, artists and writers to host workshops or retreats, or even the single person to just get away from it all. Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. The Caney Fork River borders the 63 acre farm, which connects directly to over 60,000 acres of protected wilderness where you have free access to miles of hiking trails, magical waterfalls, historic homesteads and impressive caves. At the cabin, you can listen to the sounds of nature as you take in the scenic valley views of Big Bottom and the mountain views of Scott’s Gulf State Park.

There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.
