New deck: more shade, more privacy. My guests do not do chores. We do appreciate guests who are tidy and keep the house clean. Our home is in walking distance to downtown, hiking trails, and other activities; yet quiet for restful evenings. The large deck for morning coffee or an evening beverage. Off street parking onsite.
