au sixième étage ,ascenseur, donnant sur une cour très calme.Refait à neuf. Très  « safe » (surtout si vous êtes une femme).J’habite l’immeuble. Je me ferais un plaisir de vous donner toutes les astuces et de vous conseiller les meilleurs endroits du quartier.
