Tranquil and intimate appartement in one of Paris’ liveliest neighbourhoods. The space is an inspiration and „home“ to world reknown writers, painters and film makers - as well as for travellers who want to be in the heart of the city of love. With lots of light and tranquility, and a green balcony to eat, drink or read outside. The building is from the 1800th, so the five floors are to be walkded upstairs (by human power:) The « award » is being high up, far from noise and close to the sun:)

Ce logement parfaitement situé à Bastille dans le 11 eme, permet un accès facile à pied dans le centre de paris (à 300 m de place des Voges, à deux pas du marais). Il offre un accès immédiat à un quartier vivant autant le jour que la nuit. Vue dégagée sur boulevard Richard lenoir, il surplombe le marché se tenant sur le boulevard le jeudi et dimanche matin. Un endroit idéal pour découvrir paris sans avoir à prendre le métro (à 25 minutes à pied de la Cathédrale, Hôtel de Ville, Beaubourg).

Studio de 20m2 au calme. Situé aux portes de Paris. Proche du stade de France et du marché aux Puces. Une pièce de vie avec cuisine aménagée. Une chambre/coin nuit avec armoire de rangement. Salle de bain avec toilettes (sanibroyeur). Il s'agit d'un petit espace que nous avons essayé de rendre agréable à un prix accessible. N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter pour une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif. Les horaires peuvent être élargis pour faciliter et rendre plus confortable votre séjour.
