Our 4 persons apartment is situated in a beautiful small place called Pjescana uvala, just 4km away from the Pula downtown. Pjescana uvala is best known for it's beaches, clean sea and nearby islands. The apartment is located on the first of a private house. Our guests can enjoy their stay on the indoor and outdoor terace, or have a ride with mountain bikes provided by the owners and free of charge. Parking places are provided inside our fenced property. Swimming pool available for our guests.

Our home is located halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! A fine choice to explore local area all year round this fully equipped and uniquely designed apartment on the first floor is located 10-15 min walk to the seashore. You'll have a nice balcony with a front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi, linen and washing machine. All taxes are included in the price.

In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.
