N of Los Angeles. The Tulare Ag center is in town and it is 49 miles to the Sequoia National park entrance plus the central California coast is 2 hours away. The house has central AC and an Instant water heater for the house so you can have back-to-back hot showers! It's super clean and a great location

We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer.
