Welcome to Circleville, UT! An all-American small town off the beaten path with some of the best sightseeing, fishing, hunting, stargazing and ATV trail riding in Utah. Whether you're driving through or planning a weekend enjoying the great outdoors, we have the house for you. Located minutes away from the Paiute ATV trail, you can leave from the house and be up in the mountains in no time. There are numerous places to rent ATV's and fishing boats- perfect for the plentiful lakes and streams.

Circle Tree Hideout

We transformed our home into two separate units, with individual entrances. The Guest Suite has a an Old West feeling while surrounded by mountains and enough amenities to cook a small Thanksgiving Dinner. Some amenities need to be requested prior to arrival. Equipped with refrigerators, coffee makers, and a microwave. Located on Highway 89, Circleville's main street. Butch Cassidy childhood home is near by, our only claim to fame here. By the way, Butch Cassidy never slept here but you can.

The Hut

Koosharem is a tiny farming community in Grass Valley, UT. Close to some of the most beautiful scenery on planet earth. National Parks, mountain fishing lakes, endless ATV trails, hiking and biking.

This apartment is a home away from home, cozy and comfortable. Featuring all new amenities with a full kitchen, a trendy bathroom and 2 bedrooms. This is a small town with 1 cafe, an old time general store and an LDS Chapel. Close by is Fishlake, Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef, Otter Creek & the Puite ATV trails. You can choose to watch TV or use the free WIFI to surf the internet. The apartment is located in Koosharem, Utah. Across the street is the famous Koosharem Café.

3 Bd room ski in Ski out with Jacuzzi and garage is located in the Aspen Crest Community at Eagle Point Resort. 1600 square ft scandinavian designed Cabin was just recently built steps away from the slopes. Located in the Tushar mountains of central Utah makes this cabin accessible from Las Vegas or Salt Lake. And has a base elevation of over 9000 feet, 350 + inches of annual snow, 1200 vertical feet, and over 650 skiable acres!

Marysvale/Highway89/Bryce/Piute Trail Whole Home

Newly custom rebuilt 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and 2 kitchen home is perfectly situated . The home also features a covered patio and upper deck and plenty of parking! Marysvale is the last town heading towrds I-70 in the heart of the Piute trail system, and the mouth of Bullion Canyon. This former boarding home, the "Lucy Deluke" house, holds interesting stories and a spot in the hearts of old timers in town. We've kept the great views.

We have room to park (free) multiple vehicles/ATVs. We offer free WiFi, washer/dryer, TV, card and board games. In the kitchen there is a microwave, fridge, keurig style coffee maker, toaster, blender, ninja flip toaster oven/air fryer, and waffle iron.
