My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment). The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom. Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is UNABLE.
