Four (4) pristine ocean/bayfront acres are privately yours to enjoy! 😊 The Little 'g' Cottage is a secluded couples-only retreat (1 or 2 adults, no children/infants & no pets). Situated on 4 wooded acres overlooking the clean blue Atlantic, the cottage is just steps away from our private cove. An open floor plan w/studio bedroom, open living area, compact kitchen, and full bath (toilet/vanity inside, shower & soaking tub outside) are privately yours. Beautiful views throughout the cottage.

Bayview Cottage on the Atlantic

Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

Schoodic Loft Cabin "The Roost" with Kayaks

This playful cabin offers a unique spot to unwind and explore the Schoodic peninsula and Downeast Maine. Kayaks are provided to explore island studded 462 acre Jones pond, a 10 minute walk down a trail. A 10 minute drives brings you to the less visited Schoodic section of Acadia NP, where a network of hiking and biking trails lace the coastal forests and dramatic rocky coast. Nearby Winter Harbor has shops and restaurants and even a ferry across the bay to Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Island.

Located on 2.5 acres of ocean frontage with easy access to the waters edge to launch the kayaks. Cabin includes all the amenities including open floor plan and Rinnai propane heater and heat pump. Firepit is ready for hours of fun.

Our 1.4 acre shore-front family retreat began an 18 month renovation Fall of 2018 & only opened recently - Dishwasher, new beds, Hi-speed Internet no data limit. We fell in love with this quiet coastal sanctuary, the perfect place to reconnect with nature while staying on grid. ☪ At night you'll experience deafening silence under the natural light of the stars. This is where you get away from it all, and enjoy proximity to all the best of Downeast. The view is spectacular, and wildlife abounds. Watch the lobster boats work their traps just in front of the house. Not appropriate for small children. Sorry, NO PETS, we're allergic :-(
