The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. Less than 5 min to shops, US 80, I-185 or Alabama; uptown, South Commons & Synovus Park are 10 min away, & you can be at Fort Benning in 15/20. Standing Boy Mountain Bike Trails are < 5 miles away. We are dog friendly & our large yard has plenty of room to play!

A quaint three bedroom, two bath modular home on almost 2 acres. Lots of room to roam and surrounded by country side. The house is 15 miles from Pine Mountain, 8 miles from West Point/Lanett/Valley &10 miles from Lagrange. **not in a city must drive. Enjoy an open floor plan and a big front yard. Historic Charm w/Modern Comfort-Downtown/Riverwalk

Spacious home in the heart of the downtown Columbus historic district just steps from the Riverwalk, whitewater rafting, ziplines, and lots of dining and entertainment options. The home was renovated in 2020 and is beautifully furnished with everything you will need for a pleasant stay including a large eat-in fully stocked kitchen, sunroom, each bedroom has private bathrooms with walk-in showers and a brick patio in back with seating for relaxing.

The Hardaway Cottage - An Art Deco Gathering Place

The historic Hardaway Cottage is a very special place. It was built in 1933 on the grounds of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation within walking distance of Roosevelt's Little White House. This park like property is bordered in the back by the FDR state park. You are two minutes from downtown Warm Springs, but given total privacy on this unique property that is ADA compliant on the first floor of the home.

Located 3 miles from Callaway Gardens and a half mile from downtown Pine Mountain The Waterview Lake House is located at a large wedding venue & offers a peaceful retreat that is pet friendly and is on a 5 acre lake, fishing is allowed! Sit on the front porch and watch the sunset over the fields and sit by the lake and enjoy your coffee to watch the sunrise! Beautiful!
