The newly renovated 1 bed/1bath guest house (studio) is situated in a quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes from beautiful Saguaro National park, less than an hour from Mt lemmon and tons of hiking, 30 min from downtown and the airport.

Our Rancho Vistoso patio overlooks a greenbelt which has become a wildlife refuge. The patio offers dining and lounging, with the Amazing Mountain and Desert Sunset views. The Vistoso Casitas resort-like amenities include six miles of paved paths, a heated community pool/spa, Ramada with BBQ grills, exercise facility and clubhouse. We have spent hours biking throughout Oro Valley’s many miles of safe and scenic biking routes and hiking challenging mountain trails at nearby Catalina State Park.

This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Welcome to our solar powered cozy casita, a good fit for 1-2 guests, with a small kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge and Keurig coffeemaker. Indoor salt water pool heated to 85 degrees! The guest house has a queen bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, air conditioning, a laptop desk and 32" TV with Roku streaming. The casita has its own private patio with table, chairs and umbrella for dining in the lovely Tucson weather! The wifi is gigabit fast!
