Only 8 minutes walking distance from the Denton Square (or >5 on the tandem bike!), The Fallon House is the perfect base for visiting Denton's best restaurants, bars, and shops. Nestled behind a Craftsman home on a quaint street, The Fallon House is a thoughtfully designed standalone cottage, and offers anything you may need for a private retreat. The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). The Vineyard Loft is one of two Airbnb Venues located on the 3-acre Blackberry Patch property. Check out our other venue (Blackberry Cottage). Book both venues for a larger group.

Our guest house is in the heart of Denton, a block east of the Bell Avenue Historic District, with all the amenities to make your time in Denton relaxing and meaningful. This private, smoke and pet free retreat offers natural light and your own designated parking spot. Stay within two miles of UNT, TWU and the unique Denton Square. You will enjoy unique features that will make you feel at home including a stocked kitchen and a record player with music from local Denton bands.

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Cozy Country Caboose #1- Couples Getaway

Stay in our 1927 Caboose. It has everything you need for your trip. You will have free Wi-Fi to cozy up on the couch or sip free coffee/ tea outside around the fire. Play with the goats, feed the chickens and pig, or pet the horse. 5 minutes to a Winery, within 30 miles to 3 Casinos, 31 miles to Buc-ee's, and a little over an hour to Dallas. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Come join us on our small farm where you will enjoy luxury glamping at its very best. Take it easy relaxing in the hammock of our solar secret garden, recharge with a bubble bath and a stint in our infrared sauna; or hang out at either of our two fire pits listening to my retro vinyl collection. Farm fresh breakfast, private yoga or photography sessions with our 1951 Ford truck available upon request.
