Also included in your stay are use of the heated indoor swimming pool (Pool is Open May 1st – Nov 30th, Dec 20th – Jan 6th Daily Hours: 10am – 8pm) & playground located 4 miles south of the cabin at Pine River Lodge.

This pristine little Scandinavian D-log cabin sits on over 2 quiet wooded acres a brief 5-minute drive from uptown Pagosa (our more commercial area with nicer grocery store, dining, brewery, Walmart, etc) and about 10 minutes to the springs (downtown). Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

Most people who visit Pagosa Springs want to spend their time outside which you can do here, even when you get home. The partially covered 40-foot-long deck upstairs and 17 foot covered deck downstairs face west so you get to enjoy breakfast or your morning coffee al fresco and when you get home you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

Newer modern farmhouse "barndominium". Nested in the trees, this riverfront property is bright, open and private. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Durango where you can enjoy shopping, recreation and an abundance of local restaurants. However, you may find it hard to leave this cozy oasis. ***Please note: the main house on the 3 acre property is currently under construction with an addition. Prices have been adjusted for this inconvenience.

This guest studio is surrounded by tall Ponderosa Pines. The deer love to hang out in the shade of the oak brush during the day. There is a front/back porch to enjoy Colorado sun with your own private hot tub (included in the price). Sorry, no pets!
