It should be noted that, taking into account that the two floors are connected by an interior staircase, it is not advisable for families with young children. It also has a totally unobstructed view of the bays and parishes of the beautiful and indented north coast of Pico on your left.The interior space, in open spacestyle ,is modern and relaxed sophisticated, with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. As if that were not enough, there is an additional treat: on the left side you will experience a sunset of those surreal and sublime - perfect and unforgettable. All rooms with a view and the living room with ceiling-to-floor glass sliding doors that open the interior to the exterior. Bearing in mind that Casa do Ilhéu is on a slope, it is not recommended for people with motor difficulties and small children. Just a couple of minutes driving from Madalena village, this traditional and remodeled wine house has its own vineyard on the backyard. A cozy space for two with a bedroom, kitchenette open to living room and a bathroom. The wine house is overlooking the ocean, Faial island and Pico mountain.

Outrora adega tradicional de vinho, construída por Francisco Paulo em 1980, esta moradia serviu durante muitos anos como local de produção e armazém do vinho da família Paulo. A adega foi remodelada e ampliada, mas mantêm os alçados tradicionais e a decoração e pormenores próprios dos tempos em que foi utilizada como adega. Junto à zona balnear, possui uma vista que convida a longas noites de conversa.

A nossa Adega é o espaço ideal para descansar. Encontra-se à beira-mar, tem uma vista magnífica para a montanha. Embora esteja numa zona mais isolada, pois encontra-se inserida na Paisagem da Vinha-Património da Humanidade, está muito perto de todos os recursos necessários (Centro de Saúde, Mercado, etc).Tem zona balnear a poucos metros.
