Die Lage ist einmalig mit seinem Blick auf die weite toskanische Hügellandschaft mit unserem Dorf in Gehweite. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem biologisch geführten Anwesen. Erholung im Einklang mit der Natur sind Ihnen garantiert.

Podere le Querci is located within a park with olive trees that we grow to produce our unique organic olive oil. The house is on top of a hill overlooking the Val d'Orcia, one of the most beautiful landscapes in Tuscany. From the house, you can see some of the most enchanting Tuscan towns: Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza. The cottage looks like a typical Tuscan house renovated with a modern touch in the countryside. There is no wi-fi and no Air conditioning.

The beach can be easily be reached walking. All the other great beaches of the Capoliveri west coast like Peducelli, Barbara, Zuccale, Morcone are not far away.<br>The house can host 6 guests and offers beautiful outside spaces, terraces and a garden.

The Villetta Le Palme, ideal for 6 guests, is located a little outside of Marina di Campo, in a raised position with an enchanting view over the sea of the Campo Gulf. The sea and beach is about 800 meters and the vivid city center about 900 meters far away ... both reachable with a pleasant walk of a few minutes.<br><br>The Villetta offers private parking on the property and is very easy to reach.

Renovated and tastefully furnished, the cottage is very close to the <b>marina in Marina di Grosseto</b> and only <b>50 meters far away from the sea and the beaches</b>. It lies in a quiet, very valued and pleasant residential area.<br><br>The house is centrally placed on the property and is framed by a small lawn. On both sides, the front and the back of the house guests find a covered terrace.
