It sits inside Bin Thanh, a local Vietnamese district, a stones-throw (approximately 5 minutes/$3 in a taxi) from central Saigon. Binh Thanh is a fantastic place to walk around and explore. The locals are super friendly and will always smile back if you smile first. The place is full of great local food, and many cool bars can be found on Phạm Viết Chánh street, a 4-minute walk from the condo.
